Key Responsibilities
  • B2B Lead Generation:
    Conduct outbound cold calls and follow-up calls to corporate clients, prospects, and business decision-makers.
  • Prospect Qualification: Ask strategic discovery questions to understand corporate pain points and qualify leads based on budget, authority, need, and timeline (BANT).
  • Appointment Scheduling: Book qualified product demos or sales meetings for the senior Business Development team.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all calls, pipeline stages, and prospect details in the CRM system.
  • Pipeline Follow-ups: Manage a structured follow-up schedule via phone and professional email to nurture warm corporate leads.
Required B2B & Remote Skills
  • Corporate Communication: Ability to speak confidently, clearly, and persuasively with C-suite executives and senior management using professional business vocabulary.
  • B2B Consultative Selling: Skill in guiding conversations around ROI, business efficiency, and problem-solving rather than just reading a generic script.
  • Remote Tech Savviness: Experience navigating CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), cloud calling software (e.g., Exotel, Ameyo), and team collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom, MS Teams).
  • Self-Discipline & Focus: Proven ability to maintain high call volumes and productivity targets independently without direct supervision.
  • Gatekeeper Navigation: Strategic ability to bypass corporate filters (receptionists, personal assistants) to reach the actual decision-maker.
